Dr Sanchis-Gomar graduated in Medicine from the University of Valencia (Spain), where he also received his PhD degree. His main area of interest is exercise-induced damage such as myocardial fibrosis, inflammation, pathological remodeling, and arrhythmias as well as its implications in sudden cardiac death.
