He has published over 140 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters. In 2017, Dr. Scott was appointed as Chair of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Sarcopenia and Frailty Research (ANZSSFR) Task Force on Diagnostic Criteria for Sarcopenia. He regularly presents to clinicians and community groups on diagnosis and treatment strategies for sarcopenia. Dr Elsa Dent is a NHMRC (National Health and Medical Research Council) Early Career Research Fellow at Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute, Torrens University, and an adjunct lecturer in the School of Population Health at the University of Adelaide.
