Beverley Brathwaite became a registered adult nurse in 1991, working clinically in acute general medicine, tissue viability and practice development. Gaining a degree and MSc, Beverley is also a registered teacher with the NMC and currently working on her PhD. Beverley’s teaching focus has ranged from tissue viability, to acute and long-term nursing care, to evidence-based practice, to inequalities in health. She has worked with undergraduate degree students from all fields, as well as nursing associates.
