She Was An Invited Member Of The Department Of Health Steering Group Making A Difference For Midwives. Yana's Main Interest Lays Within The Field Of Women's Health, Particularly Issues Of Inequality And Access To Health In Ethnic Minority Women. She Is Currently A Research And Development Fellow At The Royal College Of Nurses And Is On The Editorial Board Of The British Journal Of Midwives
