Holly Blake is a chartered health psychologist, health educator, and an international leader in workplace health and wellbeing, a reputation that builds on highly cited and impactful research and scholarship. Over almost 30 years, she has driven local, national, and international changes in policy, strategy, and practice relating to staff and student wellbeing in healthcare and higher education settings. She has published extensively on health and wellbeing for nurses and midwives, and is Editor of the IJERPH 'Workplace Health and Wellbeing During and After Covid-19'. She has responded to the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic by spearheading numerous initiatives focused on healthcare education, and research on the psychological wellbeing of health and care professionals and the development and implementation of supportive interventions. This includes a digital support package identified as the most influential in the sector. Gemma Stacey is the Associate Dean for Practice in the School of Social Sciences at Nottingham Trent University. In this role, Gemma provides strategic direction, oversight, and support for Knowledge Exchange (KE) activities within the School, ensuring alignment with the University's Enriching Society strategic objective. She fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in KE, while championing the Teaching and Practice pathway and promoting collaborations with external partners.
