Dr. Michael Fein is an Assistant Professor of Adult Clinical Immunology & Allergy at the McGill University Health Centre. Dr. Natacha Tardio is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Residency Training Program Director in the Division of Clinical Immunology and Allergy at the McGill University Health Center (Montreal, Quebec).
