Amy C. Shay, PhD, RN, APRN-CNS is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Clinical Nurse Specialist Program Coordinator at Indiana University. Amy is a Pulmonary Clinical Nurse Specialist and CCRN Alumnus with over 20 years' experience in critical care. She has published and lectured nationally and internationally on clinical nursing topics. She is currently serving as civilian research consultant/subject matter expert for military nursing research. Jan Powers PhD, RN, CCRN, CCNS, CNRN, NE-BC, FCCM is currently the Director of Nursing Research and Professional Practice at Parkview Health System in Fort Wayne, Indiana and part-time faculty at Indiana University School of Nursing. Jan has been a Clinical Nurse Specialist for over 20 years and a nurse for 34 years with experience in Critical care, trauma, and neuroscience.
