A new, up-to-date edition of the top-selling concise motor disorders textbook that covers the multidisciplinary nature of today’s research into prevention, diagnosis and treatment to prevent disability, from genetics to neurophysiology to environment, including information on COVID-19.
The fourth edition of Motor Disorders reinforces the reputation gained by earlier editions. The book provides a detailed and practical account of motor disorders that will appeal to specialists as well as to general physicians and trainees while, at the same time, providing a convenient but thorough summary of advances in the field. The book brings together the entire spectrum of motor disorders and thereby aids in the evaluation, diagnosis, and distinction of these various disorders. The book provides an account of any disorder with motor manifestations, and does so through the perspective of many different subspecialties in order to provide a truly comprehensive but concise account of the subject matter.
