He has won numerous accolades, including a Michelin star at the Castle Hotel in Somerset, is the author of Save Money Good Diet, Ultimate Diabetes Cookbook, Pork and Game, as well as the bestselling Seriously Good! Gluten-free series. Bea Harling BSc is an allergen-free food developer and food scientist who has worked with Phil for many years. She tutors gluten-free baking and cooking workshops.
