Mutations and alterations in gene expressions and signal transduction are placed in the context of their effects on the biology of the tyroid and adrenal cells which generate cancers in MEN2. The volume addresses the ret mutations, the effects these mutations may have on signal transduction, and developmental and neurobiological aspects of the cells affected by MEN2. Standing orders placed before December 31st, 1996 will receive a special 10% reduction off the list price of all volumes published within the series between the order date and December 31st, 1997.
