Kenneth R Beer, MD, FAAD, is a dermatologist and dermatopathologist at Palm Beach Cosmetic, Florida, USA, founder and course director of the Cosmetic Boot Camp courses, and editor of Cosmetic Bootcamp Primer (2011).
