Stolnicu Born in 1967 in Iasi, Romania, Dr Simona M. Stolnicu gained her diploma in medicine from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iasi, Romania. She then moved to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Târgu-Mures, Romania, where she has had several roles and is now Professor in the Department of Pathology. She has special interests in gynecological pathology, breast pathology, ophthalmic pathology and cytopathology. She has published and presented over 400 papers and contributed to 17 medical books.
