Statistical Genetics

This book is a guide to statistical genetics analyses with R. The focus will be on conveying concepts and theories, while providing easy-to-reproduce working examples using established methods and packages. The audience is primarily users without mathematical background but with a strong foundation in biology. A basic knowledge of R is assumed but experience with statistical genetics is not needed. Each chapter includes exercises.
