Esthetic Maxillofacial Surgery

This text covers a surgical practice which includes the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and surgical treatment of aesthetic skeletal and the soft tissue conditions of the maxillofacial region. It attempts to bring together the basic principles and practice of aesthetic maxillofacial surgery. The text includes aesthetic skeletal surgery of the chin, skeletal nasal base, nose, cheeks and supra-orbital forehead regions, in additional to more traditional aesthetic soft tissue maxillofacial procedures of lips, eyelids and brows. Each procedure includes "before and after" colour photographs for each case and tonal drawings depicting procedures in detail. The format for each procedure includes indications, surgical technique and results of treatment.
