In each chapter, the authors review a subject from both a clinical and practical perspective; while the legal editor subsequently comments on the subject from an attorney's point of view, emphasizing areas of major legal concern and outlining potential liabilities of practice. The text is organized following the chronology of normal pregnancy, ie antepartum issues, intrapartum complications and finally postpartum issues.
