Leav and P. Ofner; "Erection, Ejaculation, and Examination of the Ejaculate," David W. Hamilton; "Endocrinology of the Fertile and Infertile Male," Helena Wachslicht and Richard J. Sherins; and "Approaches to Fertility Control in the Male," Don W.
