This accessible and practical guide is essential reading for all nurse mentors, as well as students taking on a peer mentoring role. Addressing both theory and practice, the book focuses on what mentorship means in the context of learning for students and practitioners aiming to become a qualified mentor. It is also aimed at practitioners who will mentor students in a more philosophical way, as guides to their future role in a team of practitioners.
