This text details the techniques and procedures now needed in gynecology, with a special focus on reconstructive vaginal, hysteroscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and laparotomic surgery, including that designed to preserve or enhance fertility. Residents, clinicians, and surgeons can now understand pathogenesis, appropriate imaging and investigation, and application of surgical and nonsurgical strategies and techniques for such common problems as fibroids and endometriosis. The two volumes of this second edition contain over 20 new chapters and over 140 instructional videos; each chapter features Key Point summaries.
