Throughout each procedure, stress is placed on adequate dissection, understanding of normal pelvic anatomy, and the need to establish a firmly-rupported deep vaginal vault as a bottleneck for long-term success. The procedures demonstrated are: vaginal repair of paravaginal defects (WREBS procedure) combined with Nichols urethropexy and sacrospinus ligament fixation; surgical correction of massive pelvic collapse featuring high-traction enterocoele above a totally exteriorized uterus; surgical repair in massive post-hysterectomy posterior vaginal eversion using polytetrafluorethylene suture throughout.
