Omar P. Sangueza is dermatopathology program director and professor of pathology and dermatology at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC, USA. He is editor-in chief of the American Journal of Dermatopathology and on the Examination Committee of the International Society of Dermatopathology. His previous publications include Dermatopathology Primer of Inflammatory Diseases (CRC 2014) and Pathology of Vascular Skin Lesions: Clinicopathologic Correlations (Humana 2003). Luis Requena is professor of dermatology at the Medical School of the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Spain. He is currently on the board of the International Society of Dermatopathology. His previous publications include Neoplasms with Apoccrine Differentiation (with Bernard Ackerman, Lippincott 1998) and Panniculitis (Elsevier 2008).
