Practical Gastroenterology and Hepatology Board Review Toolkit
John Wiley & Sons Inc (Verlag)
978-1-118-82906-6 (ISBN)
Chapters are practical, short, and digestible, with a strong emphasis on the essential clinical knowledge required during GI training. Board hints/tips, management algorithms, case histories and Board-focused chapter summaries accompany every chapter to aid rapid assimilation of key knowledge. Recreating the GI Board exam environment, the online Trial Board MCQs will consist of 250 exam-style self-assessment questions, perfect for fellows preparing for their Boards. As an added bonus and to recognize the importance of CME for the modern day physician, completion of these questions will earn the user valuable CME credits according to their performance.
50 outstanding endoscopic/surgical clips from the experts will help perfect the endoscopic skills GI trainees are required to demonstrate competence in to obtain Board certification. In addition, the latest management guidelines from key international societies such as the ASG, ASGE, AASLD and EASL are referred to throughout.
