Vicky Bowden, DNSc, RN, is a registered and pediatric nurse who is Vice Provost for Undergraduate Programs, WASC Accreditation Liaison Officer, and Professor, School of Nursing at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California. She has co-authored three nursing textbooks and is past president of the Society of Pediatric Nurses, and serves as a consultant in evidence-based practice. Cindy Smith Greenberg, DNSc, RN, PNP-BC, FAAN is Professor and Interim Associate Dean, College of Health and Human Development at California State University, Fullerton. Specializing in pediatrics, Dr. Greenberg serves on the Editorial Board and as a reviewer for several professional journals and has authored three pediatric nursing texts. She has been Vice-President of the Society of Pediatric Nursing , is Past President of the California Association of Colleges of Nursing, and Co-Leader of the Child, Adolescent, & Family Expert Panel of the American Academy of Nursing.
