Who is this book for? You - nearly everyone has their view on improving the health service. This book is a simple insight in to the caring profession that I was part of for over 28 years. I draw upon my experiences as a nurse. I suggest ways to tweaking it to improve matters for all involved. As a result, I hope it will become a proud place with which to be associated. Offence is not intended, only improvement. I hope to initiate debate amongst anyone interested in the caring profession. Student nurses, in particular, may find this book of interest.
