This third volume in the series Tumor Dormancy, Quiescence, and Senescence discusses the role of tumor dormancy and senescence in a number of diseases, including breast cancer, ovarian cancer and leukemia. The fourth section explores leukemia, discussing regulation of the promyelocytic leukemia protein and its role in premature senescence.
