Kay Colbert, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in Dallas, Texas, specializing in adult addiction, mental health, trauma, pain management, anxiety and women’s issues. She has extensive experience in residential and outpatient programs in both private and nonprofit settings. She is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She has presented widely on these and related topics. Since 2011 she has been a book reviewer for the Milton H. Erickson Foundation, Inc., Newsletter, Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. Colbert was the editor for, A parent’s handbook on AD/HD: What parents need to know about attentional difficulties and related disorders. The Attention Deficit Disorders Council of Greater Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH (1999). Roxanna Klein-Erickson, RN, PhD, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in Dallas, Texas. She is also a Registered Nurse with experience in pain management and home hospice care, and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She has a Doctorate in Public Administration with emphasis in healthcare, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Milton H. Erickson Foundation. She has been published extensively.
