He has published 12 books, over 300 peer-reviewed publications on neonatal infections, pediatric infectious diseases, immunizations, bioethics and 30 humorous articles. His research interests are neonatal infections, respiratory virus infections, immunizations and ethics. Professor Isaacs is on multiple national and international committees on infectious diseases and immunizations and is a reviewer for the Cochrane Collaboration.
