Operative Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery presents an extensive explanation of surgeries and procedures within cosmetic surgery and reconstruction. Each major surgery is given its own section so that it functions as a practical resource for the busy surgeon. Written by experts in the field, this text provides accurate, up-to-date information on various surgeries and procedures. It is not merely meant to describe surgical procedures, but to serve as a thorough teaching manual for training surgeons as well as established surgeons. By balancing theoretical and technical aspects, it acts as a hybrid of traditional textbooks and surgical atlases and is unlike any other text in this field. Accompanying the book is a related DVD which allows for a clearer, visual understanding of the included procedures. Facial plastic surgeons as well as otolaryngologists, dermatologic surgeons, and OMFS surgeons will find this book incredibly valuable. This text is also a great resource for surgeons who are interested in widening their practice to include facial plastic surgery.
