Spitzer, Ph.D. is Professor of Clinical Audiology and Speech Pathology in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York, and Director of Audiology and Speech Pathology at Columbia University Medical Center of New York, Presbyterian Hospital.
