Noshir Mehta is Professor of Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he is also Chairperson of General Dentistry and Director of the Tufts Craniofacial Pain Center. George Maloney is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and on the faculty of the Tufts Craniofacial Pain Center. Dr. Maloney was the recent past Chair of the Special Interest Section in TMD, Cervical Spinal and Orofacial Pain of the American Headache Society. He is currently Director of the John R. Graham Headache Center at Faulkner Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts. Steven J. Scrivani is an oral surgeon and Associate Professor of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine at The Craniofacial Pain Center. Previously, Dr. Scrivani was Assistant Director of the Harvard/MGH Craniofacial Pain Clinic, and Director of the Columbia/Cornell Center for Oral, Facial and Head Pain.
