Alleviate stress, ease pain, cultivate emotional freedom, create a healthier brain, and find enlightenment with The Now Effect
Drawing on cutting edge psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness practices, The Now Effectturns the wheel one step further. Elisha Goldstein offers you fresh, simple, practical exercises to go beyond simple theory and cultivate the ability to become more aware of the space in between stimulus and response and to use those spaces in your life to break free from habitual beliefs and thoughts that don't serve you. These techniques will enable you to build a stronger and healthier brain, connect with the good in life, approach difficulties with more grace, and get connected with what really matters. In essence Goldstein teaches you how to avoid being ruled by an old story and to enjoy life on a higher level.
