This CD-ROM blends a diagnostic engine with an up-to-date electronic reference for nearly 200 disorders in neurology and nearly 100 in psychiatry. Simply input information about a patient (gleaned from history, physical examination, imaging studies, and lab tests) and receive a list of diseases most likely to cause the symptoms entered. Clicking on any disease on the list will immediately send you to that disease in the reference, where you will find current information on diagnosis and treatment. Users can also go directly into the reference by scrolling the list of diseases. Windows / Macintosh Compatibl
