Marjorie J. Short is Professor Emeritus of Dental Hygiene at Middlesex Community College in Lowell, Massachusetts. Prior to her tenure at Middlesex Community College, she was a professor of dental anatomy at SUNY Farmingdale. She attended Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists and received a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University and a Master of Science from Hofstra University. Deborah Levin-Goldstein retired as a professor of dental hygiene at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, in 2019 after 37 years of teaching. She has presented numerous continuing education courses on a variety of topics to local dental and dental hygiene societies and at national meetings. She also is a dental hygiene examiner for the Commission on Dental Competency Assessments. In addition to HEAD, NECK & DENTAL ANATOMY, she has published in the JOURNAL OF DENTAL HYGIENE, DENTALTOWN and HYGIENETOWN magazines. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University.
