Jordan D. Metzl, MD, FAAP, was born in Kansas City, Missouri and comes to Hospital for Special Surgery from Boston, where he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Dance Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Boston Children’s Hospital. He joins the staff at HSS to develop a non-operative Sports Medicine practice. Aside from his academic pursuits, Dr. Metzl is an avid runner and triathlete and has completed the Boston Marathon 5 years in a row.
