Barry Simon, MD is Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine University of California, San Francisco Chairman, Department of Emergency Medicine Alameda County Medical Center Oakland, California San Francisco, CA. Kay Takenaka, MD Emergency Medicine Clerkship Director UT-Houston School of Medicine Houston, TX. Adam Rosh, MD earned a BS in Biochemistry and a Master's Degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
