He is also a member of the Sealy Center for Vaccine Development (University of Texas Medical Branch), the Society for Experimental Biology and Medicine and a Fellow of the Infectious Disease Society of America. He has also edited a number of books including Mucocutaneous Manifestations of Viral Diseases published by Marcel Dekker and Human Papillomaviruses published by OUP.
