Reproductive and Urinary Systems

This video shows how to assess male and female genitourinary structures, the bladder, inguinal and femoral areas, and breasts and axillae. Included are techniques on how to inspect and palpate the penis, scrotum, and testicles; transilluminate scrotal contents; and inspect and palpate the external female genitalia (including the Bartholin's and Skene's glands). Also included are how to inspect, palpate, and percuss the bladder; palpate for an inguinal or femoral hernia; and inspect and palpate breasts for masses. (Internal vaginal exam not included.)
