First, using illustrative examples, the authors introduce a developmental analysis of perceptual-motor behavior. They then apply this analysis in the formulation of principles and testing procedures which can be used in the diagnosis of perceptual-motor disorders. Thirdly they suggest designs of therapeutic methods and show the efficacy of one such therapeutic program.
