Gastrointestinal Tract Sonography in Fetuses and Children

In experienced hands, sonography of the gastrointestinal tract in fetuses, neonates and children can be used as the initial imaging technique in a number of gastrointestinal diseases and conditions. This book provides a comprehensive account of the current state of the art in this area. An introductory chapter compares the merits of sonography and magnetic resonance imaging of the fetal gastrointestinal tract.
