Each Yearbook is produced by a team of eminent medical specialists who identify and organise journal articles from a year-long search of over 950 journals. Each chosen article is then condensed into a structured summary.

Nationally recognised editors select the best, most relevant journal articles of the year from a survey of more than 500 journals worldwide. The articles are professionally abstracted and then followed by insightful, thought-provoking and clinically relevant commentary by the editors. Unique to the Yearbook, tables and illustrations from the original articles are included to enhance the information provided by the abstracts.
