The AABB Parentage Testing Standards Program Unit developed these guidance materials for the "Standards for Parentage Testing Laboratories, 6th edition". This publication contains guidance on topics such as quality issues, laboratory management, supplier qualification, agreement review, control of equipment, nonconformances and other revised standards. The guidance offers examples of implementation and contains explanations of the intent of specific standards, along with guidance on significant changes to the Standards. Several appendices have been revised to reflect current methodologies.
