The Editor: G. Harry Stopp, Jr. is the Associate Vice Provost for Research and Graduate Studies at the University of West Florida. His previous research and publications have focused on such diverse topics as tri-racial communities in rural Alabama and massage parlors in Washington, D.C. Dr. Stopp's recent publications have analyzed the dynamics of the Indochinese in the United States.
