Roger S. Pressman is an internationally recognised authority on software process improvement and software engineering technologies. He is currently president of R. S. Pressman and Associates Inc., a consultancy specialising in software engineering practices. David Lowe, MCSE MCT, is a Subject Matter Expert/Instructional Software Design Engineer with Microsoft Corporation. Prior to this, he was an e-Business Consultant and Senior Lecturer in Internet Technologies with the Center for Advanced Technology Training (CATT), a division of Siemens Business Services, in Dublin, Ireland. During his time at CATT, David was frequently involved with the development and delivery of Microsoft Official Curriculum on XML, BizTalk Server 2000 and Commerce Server 2000, and was often invited to deliver beta and trainer preparation courses for Microsoft in Redmond. David regularly speaks on XML and BizTalk Server technologies at international conferences and has given presentations at Microsoft TechEd in Amsterdam and Barcelona, and at Microsoft Technology Week in San Diego.
