Mohammed Elmogy is a professor and head of the Information Technology Dept., Faculty of Computers and Information, Mansoura University, Egypt. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, Mansoura, Egypt. He received his Ph.D. from Informatics Department, MIN Faculty, Hamburg University, Hamburg, Germany, in 2010. He worked as a visiting researcher from July 2016 to August 2019 at the Bioengineering Department, University of Louisville, Louisville, USA. He has authored/co-authored over 250 research publications in peer-reviewed reputed journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. Most of his publications are in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, medical data analysis, and their applications. Fahmi Khalifa , Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of ECE, Morgan State University (MSU), Maryland USA, received. Dr. Khalifa received his BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Mansoura University, Egypt in 2003 and 2007, respectively, and his PhD degree in 2014 from ECE Department, University of Louisville (UofL), USA. He has more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, image/signal processing, machine learning, biomedical data analysis, and computer-aided diagnosis with more than 190 publications appearing in prestigious journals and top-rank international conferences in addition to and five US patents. Dr. Khalifa is an associate editor for IEEE Access, IEEE JBHI, and Frontiers in Neuroscience; guest edited multiple special issues; and served a reviewer for 60+ journals and conferences.
