Alessandra Ricciardelli PhD in Economics and Management of Natural Resources, University LUM Jean Monnet; Master of Science with Distinction in Russian and Eastern European Studies at the University of Oxford, she is a tenure track assistant professor in Organization Studies at the University of Naples "Federico II". She is also Scientific Coordinator of several post-graduate Master programmes at the School of Management of LUM University. She has been Visiting Professor at MIT - Connection Science under the supervision of Alex Pentland. From 2019 she is Researcher at Scuola Nazionale dell'amministrazione - Presidenza del consiglio dei Ministri. Her research interests are: social organisations, social innovation, social networks, public governance, Smart Communities, social living labs in which she has published several articles and books. Maurizio Decastri, PhD, is a Full Professor of Organizational Management at the University of Rome Tor Vergata since 2001 where is has also served as Vice Rector for Personnel and Organization. He teaches courses on Organizational Management, Cross-Cultural Management, and Organizational and Human Resource Management that are also his main research interests. He is also member of companies' board of Directors in Italy
