He believes that subject expertise is only half the battle—to be a trusted advisor, you must also understand customer behavior and know how to ask the right questions. Rajendra Narikimelli is a senior SAP solution architect at Amazon Web Services. He has more than 18 years of experience with the SAP technology layer. Rozal Singh is a SAP solution architecture at Amazon Web Services. He has more than 13 years of experience working with SAP infrastructures.
