The author is a Senior Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who has been practicing medicine for almost 30 years. He is an award-winning author who has been a consultant on the NHS for almost two decades. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemistry, degrees in medicine, and he is a fellow in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the United Kingdom as well as the USA and he has a master’s degree in law. He has been involved in teaching junior doctors as well as more senior colleagues and he continues to be a guest lecturer at many international conferences. He started his professional career as a high school teacher where he helped in shaping the minds and attitudes of future generations. Today, his mission of helping people live more fulfilling lives continues. As a doctor he receives immense joy from seeing sick patients recover from their illnesses, and that is what causes him to rise each day and head for the workplace. While he continues to help others, he thought that sharing his medical knowledge gained over his years of practice allows for an extension of his service by placing in the hands of who so ever will, bite size portions of easily digestible tools to help humanity reclaim their health.
