ICACCP 2023 covers advanced computational paradigms and communications technique which provides failsafe and robust solutions to the emerging problems faced by mankind. Technologists, scientists, industry professionals, and research scholars from regional, national, and international levels are invited to present their original unpublished work in this conference.

Dr. Samarjeet Borah is currently working as Professor and Head in the Department of Computer Applications, SMIT, Sikkim Manipal University (SMU), Sikkim, India. Dr. Borah has carried out various funded projects from AICTE (GoI), DST-CSRI (GoI), etc. He has published around 90 research papers in various journals and conferences. He has organized various workshops and conferences in national and international levels. Dr. Borah is involved with various book volumes and journals of repute from Springer, IEEE, Inderscience, and IGI Global as Editor or Guest Editor. He is Editor-in-Chief of the book and proceedings series—Research Notes on Computing and Communication Sciences, Apple Academic Press, USA. Dr. Borah has served as Keynote as well as Invited Speakers in several international conferences. His areas of research are data mining, information security, data science, and machine learning.  Dr. Tapan Kumar Gandhi is currently working as Associate Professor in the Dept. of Electrical Engineering, IIT Delhi, and Adjunct Faculty in the school of AI and data science, IIT Jodhpur. He is also Research Affiliate to MIT, USA. He received his Ph.D. fellowship from (MIT, USA) and obtained his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from IIT Delhi. He has published papers in top ranking journals like Nature, PNAS, Current Biology, PloS Biology, IEEE Transactions. He has more than 150 publications in international journals and conference proceedings. He is PI and Co-PI of many funded projects from industry, international organizations as well as GoI organizations. He is serving as Expert Member in various research committees in GoI and UNESCO. He has also received Platinum Jubilee Young Scientist award 2015 by National Academy of Science in India and GYTI 2019 Award. Presently, he is Chairperson of Project Prakash Charitable Trust that helps in Restoration of Vision and providing education to visually impaired in India.  Dr. Vincenzo Piuriis Full Professor at the University of Milan, Italy (since 2000), where he was also Department Chair (2007–2012). He was Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano, Italy (1992–2000), visiting professor at the University of Texas at Austin, USA (summers 1996–1999), and visiting researcher at George Mason University, USA (summers 2012–2017). He founded a start-up company, Sensure srl, in the area of intelligent systems for industrial applications (leading it from 2007 until 2010) and was active in industrial research projects with several companies. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. His main research and industrial application interests are intelligent systems, computational intelligence, pattern analysis and recognition, machine learning, signal and image processing, biometrics, intelligent measurement systems, industrial applications, distributed processing systems, Internet of things, cloud computing, fault tolerance, application-specific digital processing architectures, and arithmetic architectures.
