Cisco Interactive Mentor (CIM) IP Routing: Link-State Protocols is the second in the CIM IP Routing series. Designed to provide fundamental IP routing concepts to use with Cisco routers, this product includes an overview of IP routing, Cisco IOS IP routing commands, and IP access lists. In addition, the link-state protocols OSPF and IS-IS are explored in detail, using the Cisco command line interface for all configuration and challenge labs.

This CIM product consists of four modules, each one including a brief introduction, and instructional section, and several configuration labs that utilize the concepts being taught. Most modules also contain a challenge lab that tests your understanding of the concepts by presenting troubleshooting scenarios for you to solve.

CIM IP Routing: Link-State Protocols includes various tips from Cisco support engineers and CCIE professionals, pop quizzes, audio and video guides, lists of supported router commands, and hyperlinked references.
