A former synthesizer product specialist and a sometime musician, she covered the dance and electronic music scene for the Los Angeles New Times, and has written for various musician magazines including Remix, Keyboard, Electronic Musician, Sound on Sound, Recording, Guitar Player, Drum!, the Roland and BOSS User Group Magazines, and the musicians' website, Harmony Central.
