A Citrix-authorized guide that explains how to build a robust, reliable, and scalable thin-client computing environment and deploy Windows 2000/Windows 2003 Server and MetaFrame. This book also deals with how to centralize application management, reduce software on the desktop, and eliminate terminal emulation.

Steve Kaplan (Benicia, CA) is the CEO and co-founder of RYNO Technology. Steve is a charter columnist for Solutions Integrator and he was formerly a columnist for Reseller Magazine. He is the author of a thin-client comic book, a Clipper compiled point-of-sales program and an early PC DOS Users Manual. Steve was a featured speaker at the Citrix Summit in 1999. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley, and a Masters in Management with emphasis in both marketing and finance from Northwestern's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Tim Reeser (Fort Collins, CO) is president of Engineering Computer Consultants, a mechanical engineer, and an MCP for Windows NT.
